How to use HEIC to JPG

  1. Open your image.

Choose a local .heic, .heif file. Your file stays on your device.

  2. Choose your settings.

Decode the primary HEIC image into JPEG. Review the image preview and choose the output settings that fit your task.

  3. Review and download.

Compare the result and save the output. Raster exports contain pixels, not interactive comment threads.

Supported scope

All image processing is local. Files are limited to 50 MB, 24 million pixels, and 16,384 pixels per side; some editing/project limits are lower.

Primary HEIC/HEIF image only. Uncommon codecs, auxiliary images, and multi-image sequences may not be supported. Review orientation and color.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Decoding, editing, encoding, and ZIP creation run locally. The host only serves website assets.

Will all formats keep the same appearance?

JPG requires a solid background. Static outputs do not retain animation. Color profiles, HDR data, and metadata are not preserved in flattened exports. Review your output, especially for print.
