Folio is a browser-based PDF and image toolbox built around one practical idea: you should be able to finish everyday document tasks without uploading your files.

Useful, and honest about it.

Our full inventory includes 102 PDF tools, one Illustrator converter, and 26 image tools. Today, 102 are marked ready and 102 are experimental. Each tool describes what it can do, what it cannot do, and how it processes your files. Research tools stay visible as a roadmap, with no pretend conversion controls.

A small, local workspace.

File processing uses JavaScript, Canvas, PDF.js, and open-source PDF libraries. Page operations run in a dedicated worker. Most document contents live in memory for the current task, and favorites and the theme preference are saved locally.

Built to grow carefully.

We’re starting with PDFs and preparing for image, document, audio, video, and data tools. Correct outputs and clear limitations come first.
